Credit Administration Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Administration Lead to support and coordinate operational strategies across customer service and collections teams in Mexico.

In Short

• Lead and supervise a team to ensure service levels are consistently met across back-office processes.
• Manage and resolve payment discrepancies and clarifications in coordination with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer payment issues and support monthly account reconciliations with accounting.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and documentation for decision-making and trend analysis.
• Monitor operational KPIs, drive performance improvements, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for legal and regulatory follow-ups, including SIGE and CONDUSEF inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling, vacation planning, and professional development for team members.
