Senior Communication Administrator - Lead - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of communication systems and network infrastructure.

In Short

• Provide support for VoIP, unified messaging, and conferencing services.
• Design, configure, and deploy communication services hardware and software.
• Manage communication facilities and optimize system performance.
• Administer trunk groups, dialing strings, and network routing.
• Monitor network and system performance, traffic patterns, and alarms.
• Initiate maintenance and troubleshoot system faults.
• Add, modify, and remove telecommunication devices.
• Coordinate with teams for fault resolution.
• Ensure optimal network performance and technical expertise.
• Maintain system efficiency and identify faults.

Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience in communication administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Info Systems or a related field.
• Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS) prior to onboarding.
