Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager serves as the single point of leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of all Network Infrastructure Maintenance and Support Services to the Research Institute client.

In Short

• Part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week.
• Act as primary point of contact for the Client’s Project Leader.
• Lead client-facing meetings and manage contract performance.
• Oversee service delivery across multiple areas including Network Monitoring and Maintenance.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance.
• Ensure timely creation and delivery of all required reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Implement ITIL best practices across service delivery processes.
• Ensure quality assurance for all documentation.
• Manage team resources and priorities effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Five (5) years managing federal or commercial contracts for IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing a program of similar size and complexity for three (3) consecutive years.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Expert-level knowledge of PMBOK framework.
• Proven ability to manage projects with stringent SLAs.
