Director of Proposals - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Proposals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping MSM Technology’s success in securing high-value government contracts. You will lead and optimize a growing proposal organization and collaborate with executive leadership.

In Short

• Lead and oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement proposal strategies to maximize evaluation scores.
• Supervise and mentor the proposal management team.
• Manage the proposal pipeline and ensure excellence in execution.
• Standardize and improve proposal development processes.
• Maintain compliance with federal acquisition regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive win strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal quality.
• Take a direct role in managing large, complex IDIQ/GWAC responses.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in proposal development and strategy.
• 10+ years of experience leading a proposal department.
• Strong understanding of Shipley methodologies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a passion to win.
