Overview

Ardent is seeking a Director of Proposals to lead the proposal efforts for the company, ensuring compliance and compelling submissions for Federal government missions.

• Lead proposal teams to submit compliant and winning proposals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of proposal activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in federal proposals.
• Experience in Digital Transformation and Data Science.
• Knowledge of Federal procurement processes.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and TEAMS.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word skills.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Independent worker with strong research skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Professional training in proposal development preferred.
