Overview

Ardent is seeking a mission-driven AI/ML Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives at USCIS, leveraging machine learning and data visualization tools to uncover actionable insights.

In Short

• Design and develop AI/ML models for agency mission objectives.
• Translate federal program data into insights using interactive dashboards.
• Partner with federal business owners and technical teams for analytics solutions.
• Leverage Python, R, and SQL for data analysis.
• Support automated data pipelines and visual storytelling.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML techniques.
• Expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale federal datasets.
• Familiarity with government reporting standards.
