AI/ML Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Ardent is seeking a mission-driven AI/ML Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives at USCIS. This role involves leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to uncover actionable insights and drive informed decision-making across government stakeholders.

In Short

• Design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML models to support agency mission objectives.
• Translate federal program data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards.
• Partner with federal business owners, data stewards, and technical teams.
• Leverage Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and transformation.
• Support the development of automated data pipelines and data visual storytelling.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Data Strategy, privacy, and security policies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a [Public Trust] clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience applying AI/ML techniques to real-world problems.
• Demonstrated expertise in Tableau and Power BI dashboard design.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience working with large-scale federal datasets.
• Familiarity with government reporting standards and data governance.
