NEORIS is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on improving processes and utilizing the latest technologies. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

In Short

• Conduct As Is analysis and document functional process flows.
• Identify and document data used in EUCs, reports, and committees.
• Design and document the to be process.
• Create BRDs and technical specifications for data sets.
• Simplify and automate data processes and reports.
• Conduct technical testing and manage the UAT process.

Requirements

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical experience with complex data analysis using SQL.
• Experience creating BI reports and data modeling.
• Ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate with users and developers.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Experience in user acceptance testing.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Exposure to transformation programs and data migrations.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
