Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for data-related activities, such as quality control and data loading onto the ingestion platform.

In Short

• Clean, verify, and classify data.
• Load data and monitor automatic loading onto ingestion platforms.
• Update retailer KPIs regarding timeliness and quality.
• Act as a reliable source of information for all data-related queries.
• Troubleshoot issues with data formatting and loading.
• Ensure timely receipt of data and escalate issues as needed.
• Contact retailers for data verification queries.
• Interact with suppliers regarding data receipt issues.
• Open tickets and ensure resolution of system issues related to data loading.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of data experience.
• Understanding of various data formats and files.
• Ability to interpret different data structures.
• Flexibility to work according to local time zones.
• Knowledge of R, SQL, Spotfire, Unix/Shell/Python (desirable).
• General understanding of systems from an ETL perspective.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
