Blend is seeking an Administration and Compliance Lead to lead corporate administration, legal compliance, governance, and risk management in Colombia. This role requires a strategic leader who can align local business activities with global corporate standards while ensuring full compliance with Colombian regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a legal representative in Colombia.
• Strong leadership skills in a global environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• C1 proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in international companies is a plus.
