This role offers the chance to drive measurable revenue growth by building and onboarding high-value media partnerships. You will focus on generating outbound leads, executing strategic discovery calls, and closing deals that directly impact client performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment, you’ll innovate prospecting strategies, maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, and ensure seamless client handoffs. Your work will directly influence the company’s expansion into new verticals and markets, making this an ideal opportunity for a driven, outcome-oriented sales professional.

In Short

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, Slack communities) to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to understand client growth objectives and align tailored marketing solutions.
  • Close new partnerships each quarter with an annual contract value target of $250,000 or more within six months.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM (Pipedrive) with weekly updates on pipeline, deal stage, and forecast probabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete client handoffs within five days of closing, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Experiment with and iterate on new outbound strategies or verticals to expand market reach.
