We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Intake & Client Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and maintaining the firm’s commitment to responsive, client-centered service.

  • Answering phone calls from prospective clients and team members

  • Drafting documents such as engagement letters

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of remote working experience
  • Experience in call centers or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with working with US companies
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience with e-filing court documents (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
