Developer Support Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Deliver exceptional technical support to customers.
• Work with cloud and self-hosted solutions.
• Help customers navigate complex back-end support issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create custom scripts for solutions and workarounds.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide functional support through ticketing systems.
• Support installations, upgrades, and migrations for self-hosted customers.
• Contribute to internal and customer documentation.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Java-based web applications.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL queries using MySQL and MSSQL.
• 5+ years of experience using the Linux command line.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting firewalls and proxies.
• 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a SaaS product.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to articulate complex thoughts clearly.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for automation and debugging.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
