• Act as a technical expert for complex issues related to Olo’s APIs, SDKs, webhooks, technical specs, and libraries.
• Investigate, resolve, and document technical issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve internal processes.
• Perform technical certifications for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to internal and external documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other support team members.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-time engineering experience.
• Experience with developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on approach to technical problem-solving.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
• Empathy and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
