Developer Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Developer Support Engineer to help provide a great experience for developers integrating the RevenueCat SDK into their apps. As a member of our support engineering team, you’ll work directly with our customers each day to help them ship their apps. You’ll also collaborate with Engineering and Product to create an excellent developer experience and achieve our mission of helping developers make more money.

In Short

• Learn common frustrations of customers and help them ship their apps.
• Make improvements to documentation and support articles.
• Work with engineering to resolve complex tickets.
• Assist with onboarding and solution engineering for customers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in an engineering or technical role.
• Experience integrating RevenueCat in mobile apps.
• Understanding of mobile development and release process.
• Experience in iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Java / Kotlin).
• Great debugging skills and experience with stack traces.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy for developers and their learning process.
• Creative problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to overlap working hours with Central Time Zone.
