Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a helpdesk environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT networking skills (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
Experience with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
IT-related certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+) are a bonus.
