Overview

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a high-impact leadership role designed to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the Revenue organization.

In Short

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and "truth teller" to the CRO.
  • Assist in operationalizing the vision for the CRO’s Office.
  • Partner with the CRO to develop and track strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and annual planning sessions.
  • Design and implement an operational meeting structure.
  • Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional projects.
  • Develop content for leadership communication platforms.
  • Champion Iterable’s values across the Revenue organization.
  • Monitor the health of the Revenue organization by tracking KPIs.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
