Overview

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for all revenue-generating activities across HEMAV, driving sustainable growth and expansion of our LAYERS® platform globally.

In Short

  • Responsible for scaling revenue operations from €2.4M ARR to €4.5M ARR in 2025 and €10M+ ARR by 2027.
  • Lead and align all revenue-related functions including sales, customer success, and strategic partnerships.
  • Design and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies across all markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key strategic accounts and partners.
  • Develop and optimize pricing strategies across different market segments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Monitor and report on key revenue metrics.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing revenue teams.
  • Stay current with agricultural technology trends.
  • Present revenue performance and forecasts to the board and investors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations from ~€1M+ to ~€10M+ ARR.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B SaaS metrics.
  • Experience with international markets, particularly in LATAM and Europe.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
