Technology Alignment Manager - Remote

Overview

The Technology Alignment Manager plays an integral part in supporting our Technology Alignment Department. You will be responsible for providing proactive services and support to our clients across the Greater Toronto Area, ensuring all client technologies are functioning properly while reducing the need for reactive support.

In Short

• Adhere to established Technology Alignment processes, procedures, and policies.
• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Provide proactive IT support to clients.
• Monitor and remedy client infrastructure issues.
• Perform regular onsite proactive services.
• Document system reviews and recommendations.
• Escalate client issues as necessary.
• Participate in after-hours on call rotations.
• Attend regular internal/external meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 1-5 years of proven technical support experience.
• Professional IT certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, etc.).
• Experience with Managed Service Providers.
• Proven network administrative support experience.
• Advanced MS Windows Server skills.
• Knowledge of backups and Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong team player spirit.
