Overview

The Engineer, Professional Services is responsible for assisting the Project team and providing knowledge and expertise for a range of project implementations and extended client engagements. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail, takes initiative, and can drive results for customer requirements.

In Short

  • Responsible for project utilization of 70% billable hours.
  • Travel onsite to client offices as needed.
  • Provide superior service to customers and clients.
  • Work closely with the project team to complete project objectives.
  • Collect and analyze project data for status reports.
  • Review production and maintenance reports for issues.
  • Manage and prioritize personal utilization in project work.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot ticket logs.
  • Act as a first level technical escalation point.
  • Collaborate with advanced engineer groups and vendors.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
  • Experience with server hardware configuration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange management.
  • Familiarity with network design and configuration.
  • Experience with enterprise security products.
  • 4+ years as an Assistant Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
