Overview

The Technician, Managed Services is responsible for supporting multiple clients and handling inbound and escalated inquiries on the Service Desk, providing excellent customer service while solving technical issues.

In Short

  • Monitor and troubleshoot incidents based on established documentation.
  • Responsible for solving escalated tickets and providing customer service.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills required.
  • Provide hardware/software support and documentation.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
  • Passion for solving problems and helping others.
  • Ability to manage stress in client-down situations.
  • Experience with remote management tools.
  • 3 years in a helpdesk role required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years as a Network Administrator.
  • Experience with Windows desktop and Server versions.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Experience with firewalls and remote access VPNs.
  • Experience with a ticketing system.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
