Senior Technician, Managed Services - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technician, Managed Services will support multiple clients by handling inbound and escalated inquiries on the Service Desk, focusing on problem-solving and customer service.

• Support multiple clients and handle escalated inquiries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot incidents based on established documentation.

• Experience with Windows desktop and server versions.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise Manage.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a helpdesk role.
• 2+ years as a Network Administrator.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with firewalls and VPNs.
• CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus.
