Associate Engineer, Field Services - Remote

Overview

The Associate Engineer, Field Services is part of the Managed Services team responsible for multiple clients onsite and handling escalated inquiries for the client’s products and services. This role requires a dedicated problem solver who applies logic and instinct to resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Travel onsite to client offices to provide services.
• Install and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and routers.
• Answer technical service calls and create customer tickets.
• Provide phone and onsite support to end users.
• Document issues and ensure escalation to appropriate groups.
• Analyze and troubleshoot logs and incidents.
• Collaborate with advanced technician groups and vendors.
• Work with internal service and project coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a helpdesk role.
• 2+ years as a Network Administrator.
• Experience with Windows desktop and server versions.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Exchange.
• Knowledge of firewalls and remote access VPNs.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ConnectWise Manage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
