Field Services Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Services Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and remote support to clients, ensuring their technology solutions function effectively and efficiently.

In Short

• Travel to client offices to provide on-site support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for clients.
• Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Work with internal teams to manage service tickets.
• Perform emergency on-call support as needed.

• Maintain communication with the Network Operation Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a helpdesk role.
• 2+ years as a Network Administrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions.
• Experience with Windows Server and network technologies.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+ or Microsoft preferred.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
