We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy Field Services Engineer to join our team, ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys hands-on work.

In Short

• Perform on-site installations of Dedrone systems in various environments.
• Conduct wiring, cabling, and system integration tasks.
• Configure systems according to site-specific requirements.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the on-site technical contact for customers.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on system operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and software updates.
• Work closely with internal teams for seamless deployment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines during installations.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on technical fieldwork.
• Experience with security systems or networked technology preferred.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of networking and wireless communication.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of counter-drone technologies is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
