Overview

The Field Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Provide technical support to clients and handle service calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a helpdesk role.
• 2+ years as a Network Administrator.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
