Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for customer site service of all Diagnostic Systems products within assigned territory; providing preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and training on BD instruments and systems.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2-5 years of field service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Military experience preferred.
