Overview

The Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable position chartered with engaging customers in a consultative capacity and providing specialized expertise around NICE products in the contact center industry.

In Short

  • Engage customers in a consultative capacity.
  • Provide technical configuration and programming as required.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental activities within NICE.
  • Track time and status within NICE systems.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach for junior staff.
  • Lead technical architecture analysis and design.
  • Develop costing proposals and manage change control.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis.
  • Present a professional image in conduct and attitude.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in call center operations and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills at both technical and functional levels.
  • Ability to manage business rapport effectively.
  • Experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with NICE products and technologies.
  • Analytical and inquisitive personal profile.
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus.
