Overview

It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team!

In Short

• Lead Client Project Meetings and own planning and coordination of workflow.
• Facilitate planning meetings and ongoing status meetings.
• Own Client QA Process and review produced websites for quality.
• Align with Project Management to improve operational processes.
• Ensure clear UX and UI by collaborating with the internal Creative team.
• Manage Content Inputs and construct navigation systems.
• Manage the client feedback process and interpret requests.
• Participate in Weekly Allocation and Roadmap Meetings.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience managing Website and Mobile App development projects.
• Experience as a client-facing resource.
• Bonus for working with API integrations like OlO, Personica, Yext.
