• Looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead for a senior-level recruitment role.
• Combines hands-on headhunting with team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies and leading a team of recruiters.
• Ensures high standards of candidate engagement and follow-through across the recruitment pipeline.
• Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
• Requires working on South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Internet requirements include a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Power backup is mandatory to manage outages.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Not a commission-based role.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and team leadership.
• Ability to monitor team KPIs and improve performance.
• Strong communication skills for candidate engagement.
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies.
• Ability to track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Proficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience in the healthcare staffing sector is preferred.
• Ability to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Strong organizational skills for managing recruitment pipelines.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools is a plus.
