Overview

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for executing on retention and expansion goals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations through collaboration with Customer Success and Account Executives.

In Short

  • Drive Account Success by managing a portfolio of corporate accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Lead proactive efforts to identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Conduct impactful software demonstrations to showcase Invoca’s value.
  • Communicate Invoca’s value proposition tailored to client needs.
  • Own and report on renewal, expansion, and retention forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions and alignment.
  • Manage complex negotiations for renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology.
  • Skilled in using modern SaaS tech stack including Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.
