Overview

The Account Manager at Invoca is responsible for executing retention and expansion goals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Conduct impactful software demonstrations to showcase Invoca’s value.
  • Communicate Invoca’s value proposition tailored to client needs.
  • Own and report on renewal and expansion forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transitions and alignment.
  • Manage complex negotiations for renewals and expansions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology.
  • Skilled in using modern SaaS tech stack including Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation.
