Overview

The Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team leadership and coordination of service-related activities within their region.

  • Maintain strong communication with management regarding team performance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on field experience as a field service representative.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in mechanical, biomedical, or electronics engineering.
  • 3 years of management experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with hospital operating room protocols is a plus.
  • Proficient in standard software applications.
  • Highly ethical and energetic with a desire to help customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
