The Clinical Sales Executive at Intuitive Surgical will work to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical Systems, enhancing surgical precision and improving patient outcomes.

• Develop strategies to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Become an expert in da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Conduct regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness.
• Train OR staff on system management.
• Create a da Vinci Surgery plan for surgical teams.
• Work with surgical teams to select appropriate procedure applications.
• Expand user base by collaborating with hospital staff and surgeons.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
