We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Technical Sales Executive to join our team at IKONIC. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical acumen and sales expertise to drive the adoption of our innovative solutions in the market.

In Short

  • Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
  • Proven success in closing software or digital solution deals.
  • Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads.
  • Manage the recruitment and development of team members.
  • Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and solution architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks such as MERN, Laravel & mobile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail in proposal writing and business development.
