Overview

The Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers through effective team leadership and coordination of service-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 years of field service experience required.
  • 3 years of managerial experience in the medical industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospital protocols and terminology is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Proficient in standard software applications.
