Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Super Lawyers, you will lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Specialists responsible for selling Super Lawyers print, merch and digital advertising solutions. Your role is to drive project and overall revenue growth, build a high-performing sales culture, and ensure consistent execution of our sales process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • Proven sales results and team development.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Expertise in pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Legal industry knowledge is a plus.
