Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and driving upsells via marketing consultations performed via phone/video.

In Short

  • Perform 45+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Conduct daily marketing consultations via video to achieve upsell sales targets.
  • Identify marketing opportunities for clients and match them with services.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for online demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify at-risk customers and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure clients are proficient in using services.
  • Monitor competitors and report on pricing and services.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in sales closing experience selling a SaaS product.
  • 1+ year of sales experience in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales.
  • 6+ months in a SDR/BDR role calling on Small Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • BS or BA preferred, but strong backgrounds considered.
