ADC Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

The ADC Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while driving upsells through marketing consultations performed via phone and video.

In Short

• Perform 45+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Conduct daily marketing consultations via video to achieve upsell sales targets.
• Identify marketing opportunities for clients and match them with services.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for online demonstrations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate to appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer proficiency in using services through consultative support.
• Monitor competitors and their offerings.

Requirements

• 1+ years in sales closing experience selling a SaaS product.
• 1+ years of sales experience in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales.
• 6 months or more in a Sales Development Representative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• BS or BA preferred but strong backgrounds considered.
