Overview

The WPE Senior Program Officer will oversee GBV response and prevention activities across multiple project sites in Sittwe, focusing on empowering women and girls and managing program strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in GBV response and prevention.
• Experience in training and staff management.
• Strong understanding of GBV issues and community needs.
• Fluent in Burmese and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
• Organized with attention to detail.
