Overview

The Program Security Officer is responsible for managing the industrial security program at a client facility, ensuring compliance with various security policies and maintaining accreditation posture.

• Manage security activities and compliance with U.S. Navy and DoD policies.
• Review and investigate non-compliance issues.
• Provide security advice and guidance to all staff levels.
• Manage security clearances for employees.
• Assist with proposal security volume reviews.

• Must have Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in security support or information security required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements

• Experience applying security support or information security support.
• Knowledge of SCI administration and security policies.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer preferred.
• Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices.
• Possession of verbal and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
