Senior Program Officer - Remote

Overview

VentureWell has an exciting opportunity to hire a new Senior Program Officer (SPO) to work with existing and new programs. If you have at least seven years of highly related experience, including project management, relationship building, and networking in communities of entrepreneurs, this may be a great role for you.

In Short

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of accelerator programs.
• Manage cohorts and act as the point-person for participants.
• Leverage expertise to help entrepreneurs grow their ventures.
• Ensure successful program implementation and logistics.
• Act as a connector among program stakeholders.
• Develop relationships to support venture development goals.
• Provide commercialization support to startup founders.
• Lead documentation and tracking efforts for ventures.
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to program design.
• Support fundraising and marketing efforts for programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Experience in program design and administration.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
• Experience in entrepreneurship and innovation methods.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with online and in-person training delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Technical background in climate-related fields preferred.
