VentureWell is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the next generation of science and technology inventors and supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems essential for their success. Established in 1995, VentureWell has funded or trained over 19,000 innovators, leading to the creation of more than 5,400 ventures that have made significant technological advancements in areas such as biomedicine, healthcare, sustainable energy, and solutions for low-resource settings. The startups supported by VentureWell have collectively raised over $7.2 billion in subsequent funding and are making an impact in 53 countries worldwide.
