Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Director at IntelliShift, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and enhancing customer relationships within the SaaS fleet management sector.

In Short

  • Responsible for growing net new business through outbound sales and warm leads.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Build and sustain a measurable pipeline against sales targets.
  • Understand and communicate the IntelliShift platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans, events, and campaigns.
  • Utilize social networking to expand company reach.
  • Deliver strong performance against sales/revenue targets.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites and trade shows.
  • This is a full-time, remote-based position.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful Enterprise sales experience at a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience in Fleet Management/Telematics is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • High technical aptitude and interest in new technologies.
  • Team-oriented with relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities.
