Requirements

  • Strong track record in navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to engage with senior HR and business leaders.
  • Background in consulting is a strong advantage.
  • Situational fluency, adaptability, and creativity in interactions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for account intelligence.
  • Ability to maintain strict deal quality standards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
