Overview

The Renewal Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a proactive client contract renewal program, ensuring timely renewals and facilitating the renewal process.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales, renewals, or account management in a SaaS company or equivalent.
• Strong client communication skills with negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strategic mindset.
• Sales aptitude and strong analytical skills.
• Results-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in spoken and written French is a plus.
• Experience in procurement or contract management is an asset.
