The Account Manager will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business while coordinating administrative and customer service activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience.
  • 5+ years in the insurance industry preferred.
  • Active Property & Casualty licensing required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
