Overview

As a National Account Manager at Glassdoor, you will retain and grow revenue while delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on driving new business and managing enterprise-level accounts.

In Short

  • Manage and grow a large book of business through a high-deep and wide sales approach.
  • Build a book of customers by hunting prospects and bundling clients into Glassdoor and Indeed products.
  • Communicate and work with Indeed partners to maintain client satisfaction and generate new business.
  • Create client value by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to ensure clients receive proper program expectations.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth goals.
  • Thrive on change while remaining organized and optimistic.
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities via phone and web.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of New Business and Account Management experience.
  • Strong track record of success in digital media and SaaS.
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Experience in consultative/value-based selling.
  • Ability to handle tough conversations with clients professionally.
  • Passion for excellent customer service.
