Overview

Glassdoor is seeking a Sales Account Executive to help grow our Upper-Mid Market team in the UK & Ireland, focusing on existing and prospective branding customers.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Experience with HR or recruiting industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to change.
  • Comfort in handling tough client conversations.
  • Ability to earn credibility with high-level clients.
  • Optimistic and coachable attitude.
