Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our growing LATAM team. This is a true, Hunter role, responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding First Advantage's presence among small and medium-sized businesses in the region.

In Short

  • 100% remote position, must reside in Mexico City.
  • Responsible for new business development in the LATAM region.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive market expansion and brand awareness.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of the LATAM business landscape is desirable.
